A callback occurs when an actor has successfully impressed
the casting director enough during the first audition,
that the casting director would like to see the actor
again. The actor gets a "callback", allowing the actor to
further showcase their fitness for a role, and also
allowing the casting director to whittle down the number
of actors being considered for the role.
